Terms and Definitions
Information Gathered by uCalc
uCalc gathers two types of information about Users:
- Information that users provide through voluntary submissions. These are submissions when creating a uCalc account such as their name or email address.
The list of information required when creating an order through the uCalc form to forward the order to the User shall be determined by the User at their own discretion and may include a phone number, email address, and Client name; the Client shall independently and voluntarily fill out the uCalc form with the specified data to forward the order to the User. The Client shall be entitled to use the option to duplicate the order sent via the uCalc form to the Client's email in order to see what information was submitted to the User via the uCalc form.
The uCalc service shall not store the information submitted by clients using the uCalc form to forward orders to the User, this information shall be intended solely for the User in order to provide works/services of selling goods offered by a User to their clients. Upon forwarding the client information to the User, the User shall be solely responsible for the processing of the client information.
Under no circumstances shall uCalc disclose information about an individual User to third parties, except for the cases stipulated by law.

uCalc offers services which require the provision of certain personal details by the User in the following cases:
- Signing up on the website at https://ucalc.pro/en to use the provided services;
- When creating an account, the user is required to provide a full name and email address.
By using uCalc the User confirms that he/she has reached the age of majority on the territory of the User's jurisdiction and is fully able and competent to provide their personal data to obtain services or has a permission of the legal representative to do so. uCalc does not require anyone who has not reached the age of majority to identify themselves with personal data.
uCalc tracks traffic patterns of users and their clients using uCalc. This information is non-personal and is not correlated with the data about individual users. uCalc analyzes overall usage statistics by using public analytics services of Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics.
Use of Information
uCalc uses information voluntarily given by users to add new features and improve the existing ones based on the interests and needs of our users.
Information provided through the form of forwarding customer orders to the User is automatically transferred to the User. uCalc does not store or use this information.
Non-personal information obtained by uCalc through public analytics services of Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics is used to create summary reports on demographics and customer traffic of Users to provide the User with information about the uCalc service, and also to evaluate the work of the uCalc project and its development. No sensitive data about individual users is disclosed, unless required by law.
Sharing of Information
uCalc uses the above-described types of information to tailor our services and content to suit users' needs and help us better understand our audience's demographics. This is necessary to keep our services free of charge.
All data processing procedures are made through secure data networks protected by industry encryption standards. uCalc security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the processed information.
The uCalc service has a strict policy against spyware and adware applied to all uCalc users. Any such activity by uCalc users leads to immediate termination of their accounts without any notice.
